Program Name and Description: The "SMB Solutions Client Communications" SMS program primarily sends transactional and service-related messages to existing clients who have opted in, including project and work-status updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, requests for information, account notices, quote or order updates, and customer-support follow-ups. Promotional messages, if offered, are sent only under a separate optional marketing consent.

Consent: By affirmatively opting in and providing a mobile number, the recipient authorizes SMB Solutions to send texts to that number. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. An existing client relationship does not by itself authorize promotional texts.

Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: A recipient may cancel at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by making any other reasonable request to stop. We may send one non-promotional confirmation text and will then stop messages covered by the request. To rejoin, the recipient must opt in again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery: Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the recipient's carrier and device. Recipients should notify us if their mobile number changes.

Privacy: SMS opt-in data and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid services are subject to agreed pricing and billing terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

All content, software, branding, and materials are the property of Tsalach Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of services.

Tsalach Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue exclusively in Texas courts.
